Wanted: A Cousin

Elianna and Paislee are cousins. They've been close since they were born. However, they were polar opposites. Elianna was always the one trying to take care of Paislee and keep her under control. And now Elianna is taking care of Paislee's child. In fact, Elianna ran off with Paislee's child. She has legal custody of Paislee's child now. Elianna has been in Choteau for five years now.

Paislee is an imaginative soul. She can come up with just about any story in under minutes to make sure she gets what she wants, or to get out of any trouble. She is very flexible with her schedule, and is easy-going when it comes to rough patches. She knows what she has to do to overcome them, and acts as if there's no trouble at all. She can improvise like no other, finding solutions most people wouldn't think to come up with. She's enthusiastic, and will cheer anyone on who needs it. Paislee is a skilled liar, and it's hard to tell when she is.

Paislee grew up in the same neighborhood as Elianna, living almost next door to her. They grew up together, and did almost everything together. They were inseparable. Most people thought of them as sisters, or even twins occasionally. But in fact, they were cousins, their dads' being brothers. All of their family was fairly close, but these two took the prize. It was a wonder they didn't get annoyed with each other more often. Paislee wasn't even that close with her older brother. Elianna became the more reserved of the pair, and Paislee was the louder one. Neither of the girls were quiet though, but Ellie wasn't as good with people as Paislee was. Paislee could smooth talk her way out of almost any situation.

In high school, while Elianna focused on school, Paislee focused on boys. She dated around, getting a feel on what type of boy she was most interested in. Her sophomore year, she began to date the quarterback of the football team. Elianna was still around, but Paislee almost always had this boy with her, as well. She became pregnant at the age of eighteen. When she told the boy he had knocked her up, he broke up with her. At the beginning of the next school year, she found out he had also switched schools. She was nervous, but Elianna had stepped up to the role of helping her parent the child. In the beginning of May of their junior year, Paislee delivered a healthy baby girl, naming her Aurora Meredith after Elianna.
