[attr="class","box2"]Three horses just wasn't enough for Rylee. She needed a pet she could have at home. A dog, perhaps? It wouldn't hurt her lifestyle any. She already ran on a daily basis, normally. Maybe she'd find a dog that was willing to run with her. With this weather, she hadn't been running. It was a bit too cold, and she didn't have an indoor gym anywhere. She could try to convince her boss to let her run in the indoor arena. With a dog though...maybe not. She pulled her truck up to the doors of the animal shelter and climbed out into the cold air. Luckily, she had bundled up. She climbed out of her truck and headed into the shelter. She looked around and didn't see anyone, but they were probably in the back. She decided to take her time and look at the cats and kittens that were in their enclosures at the front. There was a mom cat with three babies that just stole Rylee's heart. But she really didn't have time for kittens. Or puppies. She wanted a dog that was ready for her. A dog that could run with her, or be at the barn with her. One that wasn't afraid of horses and that was easily trained. She wasn't sure if she'd find that at the animal shelter, but it was worth a shot. Besides, a rescue dog was always better than any other. Or at least, that was what she had heard. She turned at a noise behind her, but didn't see anything. "Hello?" she called out, hoping anyone in the back would hear her.
