Perseus is one of our older residents, who has been brought in from another state. He is an absolute sweetheart, and a major love bug, however his age and breed leave him to be overlooked. His favourite thing to do is to snuggle against his handler, or sunbathe when allowed.

We can only assume she was bred by a person only in it for money, as she's grown older she's started to show some worrying habits, including a tendancy towards resource guarding, and seeming to startle if someone approaches her from behind.

Because of this, and the fact when we brought him in he hadn't been done, its hard to decipher whether his owners abandoned him to fend for himself, or if he got out looking for ladies. Either way, he's a very rambunctious dog, prone to playing rough, and needs firm handling to ensure he doesn't knock everyone over in his sheer exuberance.

Japp belonged to an older owner, who unfortunately passed away.
