Welcome to Choteau, Montana, in 2018. What was once only a small city focused on fossils, has now started to turn into an equestrian mecca. Everyone still knows everyone, so the question remains, what will you become?

Settling in wasn't ever any fun. Moving was a huge hassle. Especially when it involved a horse. Luckily, Sunny was a good horse and trailered easily. Mason pulled his truck into the ranch, with the trailer bumping along behind it. He pulled up to the barn, put the truck in park, and walked around to the trailer. The Quarter Horse inside tapped the bottom of the trailer with his hoof, ready to get out. It had been a decent ride for the horse, but they had taken frequent breaks. It had been the only way Mason was able to get the gelding from one place to another. He didn't quite have the money to try to fly the horse over And he wasn't sure how the gelding would do in a plane, anyways.
He unloaded the gelding, and led him into the barn. He had figured out a stall and board long before he had even arrived in Choteau. Mason hadn't even checked into his apartment yet. He thought about staying on the ranch, but he figured living off base would work easier for him. Either way, most of his nights would be spent at the EMS station anyhow. The life of being an EMT.
Mason led the gelding into his stall, and then headed back to the trailer to get his tack. He hadn't noticed anyone in the barn, but heard a noise coming from the other side. Could be a horse. Could be a person. He wasn't sure. "Hello?" he called out.
