Welcome to Choteau, Montana, in 2018. What was once only a small city focused on fossils, has now started to turn into an equestrian mecca. Everyone still knows everyone, so the question remains, what will you become?

Gabriel leant against his rented car in the parking area of Eagle's Nest Range. He was merely awaiting his business partner to arrive, an envelope with three keys tucked in a pocket, another envelope in his pocket and a pad of paper included. It would, after all, be far better to get everything in writing, with both of their signatures on it. Then he could finally move on to importing a few horses, rather than holding off doing such.
He had three total waiting for him to sort out a new home. He glanced over as he heard the sound of a car drawing up nodding to his fellow owner, standing straight, offering his hand as he stepped out. "Luciano Valentino? Gabriel Strand, it's a pleasure tobe working with you in this venture," he stated formally.

Luciano gave a nod at that. It was good to put a face to the name he'd spoken with over the phone only. He'd been advised by his banker to take the risk and well. He took the others hand with a smile "Good to meet you as well, put a name to the face as it were," he stated. "So, what order of business are we following today? I'm happy to either start with a property tour or we can decide on who has what house?" he added on with a faint smile. He was merely waiting on the other, as while he'd put the most in on this venture, and already had had a tour when he came to view the property seperately, it would be a good idea to talk to the other, see what plans, if any, they'd had upon viewing the property. How they wanted to expand.
"Also, as I'm sure your aware I'm a trainer, I'd like to discuss the potential of offering a package with boarding and training inclusive," he added on looking over to him again.

Gabriel smiled slightly. "I'm certain that we could come to an agreement with that," he stated easily. "I have started looking for an architect to do some sketches of some ideas I had, so far no success however," he added on. Because he did have ideas for how he wanted things to go.
Slowly he started to walk off, "are you fine with me explaining my vision?" he queried glancing over at the older male. At the nod he gave a smile. "So car park, expanding slightly however the car park in itself is decent. Possibly upgrade to harder surfacing eventually but for now gravel works. I would like to add fences around the actual housing, and I was going to suggest we turn the larger house into a club house with apartments - for any hired hands with no place to stay," he added on glancing over at Luciano again.
"I would like to invest in purchasing some of the land adjacent, and particularly with your training needs in mind, invest in a second barn that you could use for your clients boarding,"

Luciano nodded. All of that sounded fair, and the idea of having one main place to hang out, to work as an office, and it being the largest house, sounded like a fair plan. If needed they could certainly no doubt look into getting permission for another property. Or they could change useage, either way.
"we're als going to need to sort out arenas with good footing, preferably one covered as well," he stated quietly looking across the land. "I would certainly agree though with the need for a second barn at least for boarding,"
